1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bte99 ("bte99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bte99 website at https://bte99.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered through that platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any portion of the bte99 Service, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;

• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participating in online gambling is lawful in your location.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will, without undue influence or compulsion from any third party.
• Account Status: You must not be self-excluded from bte99 or any other gambling platform, and you must not be subject to any court order or other legal restriction that prohibits participation in gambling activities.
• Identity: All registration details provided to bte99 must be accurate, complete, and genuinely your own. You may not register using a false identity, a third party's identity, or any fictitious information.

bte99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bte99 services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all bte99 accounts:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active bte99 account at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bte99 will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the Player and forfeit all funds held across those accounts upon discovery of this breach.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bte99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bte99 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bte99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months;
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account details matching your registered mobile number).

bte99 aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documents. Delays in submitting documents may result in a corresponding delay in the release of withdrawal funds.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bte99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance (subject to no pending bonus wagering requirements or open bets) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC checks. bte99 also reserves the right to close accounts at its sole discretion, including where the account is deemed dormant (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) or where a breach of these Terms is identified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bte99 currently supports the following payment methods for Players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash (personal wallet)
• Nagad (personal wallet)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay

All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details associated with your bte99 account. Third-party payment sources are not permitted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though bte99 may apply individual account limits based on risk assessment or as part of a responsible gaming agreement with the Player. Deposits are generally credited to your bte99 wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirement before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability;
• bte99 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, though payment provider processing times may vary.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bte99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bte99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment provider level is outside bte99's control and is the Player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bte99 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. bte99 reserves the right to restrict promotions by account type, location, or verification status;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, or device, unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• bte99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts — will be cancelled and the associated accounts closed.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bte99 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sport. The following general rules apply across all bte99 betting products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. bte99 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and accepted by the system;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bte99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players;
• Odds and prices displayed on bte99 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet;
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bte99 betting products. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable payout cap, the payout will be limited to the stated maximum;
• bte99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bte99 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Service;
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of a game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies ("arbing" or "bonus abuse") in a manner that is clearly not consistent with legitimate recreational play;
• Using the Service for any money laundering activity or other financial crime;
• Accessing the Service on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent from bte99;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the bte99 platform's software, servers, or security infrastructure;
• Making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about bte99 in public forums or to third parties.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, bte99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account, void any bets placed in connection with that conduct, withhold any winnings, and pursue recovery of any losses caused by the prohibited conduct through appropriate legal channels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bte99 platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software, game content, data, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of bte99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bte99 Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bte99 content without prior written authorisation from bte99.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bte99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures;
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data provider failures outside bte99's reasonable control.

bte99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bte99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bte99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

bte99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bte99 Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bte99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bte99 servers. Your payment and identity information is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to process transactions, fulfil legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction where bte99 operates, as determined at bte99's sole discretion.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.
